Title      : Recruiter (#20565)
Department : Human Resources
Reports To : Manager, Human Resources
Status     : Exempt Full-Time Temporary*

Job Functions:
Implement and coordinate various recruiting strategies to
ensure that appropriate staffing goals are met as needed.

Duties:
- Develop, implement and coordinate various recruiting strategies (ex, job
fairs, job postings, career seminars, summer student program, co-op, job
shadow, etc.).
- Administer and track the hiring process (ex, interviews, background
checks, drug screens, testing).
- Process request far temporary personnel.
- Establish relationship with local schools, colleges and employment
agencies to ensure that recruiting strategies meet EE0IAAP guidelines.
- Maintain and update job description files.
- Assist with preparing documentation and spreadsheet for unemployment
claims and hearings.
- Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts or related
field, required.
Two to three years experience as a Recruiter.
Solid knowledge of interviewing techniques, strategies and employment law.
Intermediate to advanced PC and internet skills.
Experience with PeopleSoft and Brass Rings or related databases preferred.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good analytical/problem salving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills are
required.
Reliable source of transportation needed to drive to and from various
recruiting events, meetings, etc.

Note: This is a temporary assignment expected last approximately 12 months.
