JobDescript: We have an immediate opening for an RMA Coordinator to process and 
track all product returns and repairs, including warranted and non-warranted 
parts. Each year, Verdin authorizes the return of hundres of pieces of 
equipment for repair or replacement.  The RM Coordinator reports directly to 
Verdin's National Service Manager and is responsible for overseeing the entire 
RMA process, from authorizing product returns to quoting repairs to invoicing 
for complted repairs.  Excellent organizaitonal, administrative and database 
manaemgnet skills are a must.  You should be process oriented and have a keen 
eye for detail

Requirements_Qualif: Issue return authorization numbers product returns and 
coordinate product returns form customers and field service technicans.  
Receive, disassemble and itemize returned product.  Prepare documentation and 
database entries for tracking invnetory and product repair costs.  Prepare and 
issue quotes for non-warranted product repair.  Follow up with customers to 
explain quotes and obtain approval for repairs.   Notify Sales Team when repair 
quores are issued and forward to potential sales leads for non-repairable 
products.    Superios computer skills, including proficiency in MS Ofice and 
hands on experience with service and or CRM databases.  Strong 
elector-mechanical skills and background.  Electirical Engineering degree or 
coursework a plus.   Must be comfortable discussing technical issues with 
customers and field service techs.
