Engineer. This position will provide support to the engineering and business 
unit activities in the area of advanced quality planning, supplier control and 
development, and product and process integrity and improvement. Will ensure 
compliance with advanced product quality planning activities, oversee gauging 
strategies and purchases, develop and implement prototype and pre-launch 
control plans prior to any such production runs, develop specific instructions 
for capability studies performed in accordance with APQP activities, develop, 
complete and submit all PPAP requirements and documentation, develop and 
implement inspection instructions, GP 12 instructions, and process control 
check sheets, ensure that all requirements of APQP are complied with or waived; 
monitor, control and improve supplier quality performance and ensure that 
suppliers have the latest revision of performance requirements; communi!
 cate with external customers on quality issues, with internal customers for 
awareness and correction of quality issues. 
Location: Northern Kentucky
Requirements_Qualif: Requirements for consideration include: Knowledge of ISO / 
QS 9000 / TS16949 / ISO14000 or applicable standards; 4 years Bachelors degree 
in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering; 10 years experience in quality 
assurance (preferable with automotive or diesel experience; Certification from 
American Society for Quality Control as CQE, CQA, CQM; leadership qualities- 
ability to communicate with levels up and down the line; proven success of 
impacting an operation through leadership; metal engineering with a 
manufacturing focus. Pay range is $55,000 to $61,000 with great benefits. For
