Duties:
=EF=BF=BD=09Act as a Quality Assurance analyst to test ELMS Service Packs a=
nd other changes.
=EF=BF=BD=09Help to implement processes and tools to enable quicker, more a=
utomated testing.
=EF=BF=BD=09Analyze business process and requirements of new features in or=
der to create comprehensive business test plans.
=EF=BF=BD=09Create plans for and perform load testing.
=EF=BF=BD=09Help maintain the QA database.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Interact with application teams and the QA Lead to prepare QA p=
lans beginning at the Requirements phase.
=EF=BF=BD=09Keep Management and all stakeholders informed of project progre=
ss.  Complete written project status reports and lead project status update=
s with Business users and Management.
=EF=BF=BD=09Ensure completion of all deliverables within schedule, budget a=
nd quality constraints

Requirements_Qualif: Requirements:
=EF=BF=BD=09At least 5 years of experience in the Quality Assurance arena, =
leading QA efforts as well as contributing individually to the efforts.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong Organizational and Teamwork skills.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong Analysis skills.
=EF=BF=BD=09Good Customer Service / Customer Management skills.
=EF=BF=BD=09At least 3 years of experience using the RUP Methodology and/or=
 Scrum to deliver projects. =20
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to Communicate effectively with all levels of a technic=
al team from Business Users, to Entry-Level Developers.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervi=
sion.
=EF=BF=BD=09Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science a plus
