tives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
=EF=BF=BD=095+ years software development experience
=EF=BF=BD=091+ years in a lead position
=EF=BF=BD=09Six Sigma or other process improvement experience
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience in helping an organization work towards achieving CM=
M or CMMI ratings
