 test environments, test plans and test programs for a variety of message b=
ased interfaces across multiple products.

Principal Responsibilities:
=EF=BF=BD=09Design, development and execution of quality assurance test pla=
ns and strategies.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Participate in the review of new product requirements. Provides=
 constructive feedback about the consistency and depth of the requirements.=
=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Identifies tests that are most appropriate for automation, crea=
tes and maintains both automated and manual tests, and applies techniques t=
hat insure maintainable test assets.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Defines, develops and executes test strategies considering risk=
 and cost of testing.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Design, development and maintenance of test assets. These asset=
s will likely include unix shell scripts for automated functional testing a=
ctivities.
=EF=BF=BD=09Execution of test plans=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Work with development engineers to identify and resolve defects=
.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
=EF=BF=BD=09Good understanding of Software development life cycle with an e=
mphasis on Quality Assurance.
=EF=BF=BD=09Linux/Unix system administration experience.
=EF=BF=BD=09Demonstrated skills with automation tools such as Perl or other=
 scripting language.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to adapt and quickly refocus in an agile software devel=
opment environment.
=EF=BF=BD=09Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to understand the features and customer expectations of=
 assigned responsibilities.
=EF=BF=BD=09Database SQL queries and calls
=EF=BF=BD=09Use of regular expressions in unix such grep and awk
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience with vi editor

Optional Skills:
=EF=BF=BD=09Knowledge of  TCP/IP (Desirable)
=EF=BF=BD=09Knowledge of HL7 (Desirable)
=EF=BF=BD=09Knowledge Database administration on Oracle

Minimum Qualifications:
=EF=BF=BD=09Bachelor's degree (BS) or greater in applicable field, or equiv=
alent experience.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Minimum of Two (4) years of experience in a formal QA or Develo=
pment role in a software development organization, working with the server =
side of the ChartMaxx product or equivilent experience.
