Position Summary:=09Project Manager works with clients and other Healthcare=
 Waste Solutions senior management to identify, plan and implement short an=
d long term client project initiatives across the facilities within a healt=
h care facility and/or system.  Key responsibilities include:=20
=E2=80=A2=09working with the client on a day to day basis to ensure they ar=
e pleased with HWS products and services
=E2=80=A2=09Prioritization and management of projects
=E2=80=A2=09Development and management of implementation plans
=E2=80=A2=09Implementation of a combination of operational and software/sys=
tems solutions
=E2=80=A2=09Resolution of day to day operational issues.  =09=09 =20

Project Manager also interacts with all levels of HWS' staff, clients, and =
vendors to ensure our solutions for waste management are the best available=
 in the healthcare industry.

Primary Responsibilities:
=E2=80=A2=09Develop long term relationship with client personnel at all lev=
els below C suite.  Is seen as the HWS owner, =E2=80=9Cgo to person=E2=80=
=9D and expert by client personnel.
=E2=80=A2=09Responsible for assisting Key Account Manager (KAM) and Assessm=
ent Manager (AM) with development of Complete Waste Solution (CWS) implemen=
tation plan and getting client approval.
=E2=80=A2=09Has primary responsibility for implementing the CWS implementat=
ion plan including on time, on budget, and on schedule.  Proactively presen=
ts key issues to KAM and Director of Corporate Sales and Marketing.
=E2=80=A2=09Has full responsibility, with exceptions/issues communicated to=
 KAM and Director of Corporate Sales and Marketing, for client relationship=
 after the CWS implementation has started.  This includes after the CWS imp=
lementation has been completed.
=E2=80=A2=09Reviews client invoices for quality assurance
=E2=80=A2=09Prepares client reports for submission to client on a timely ba=
sis.=20
=E2=80=A2=09Organizes and drives cross functional teams of HWS, service pro=
viders, and client personnel to implement CWS and to address =E2=80=9Cday t=
o day=E2=80=9D issues once implementation has been completed.
=E2=80=A2=09Provides updates and status reports (Key Account Pipeline Repor=
t for example) as needed.  Should be proactively verbally communicating wit=
h KAM at least 1-2 times per week during the implementation phase of the CW=
S.=20
=E2=80=A2=09Assists with assessment of small facilities as requested by Reg=
ional Sales Rep and Director of Assessments
=E2=80=A2=09Follows HWS approved processes, policies, and procedures.


Secondary Responsibilities:
=E2=80=A2=09Once initial implementation is complete, identifies new value a=
dded products/services that can be sold to client
=E2=80=A2=09Assists KAM as needed for status reports and presentations to t=
he C suite
=E2=80=A2=09Assists KAM with periodic reviews of accounts and identifies wa=
ys to improve service to client

Work Environment:
Position requires 60% regional travel with majority of time at various clie=
nts' healthcare facilities

Requirements_Qualif: Education and/or Experience:
=E2=80=A2=09Bachelor=E2=80=99s degree in marketing, finance, business admin=
istration, or related field=20
=E2=80=A2=09Has working knowledge of: Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Accou=
nts Payable and billing systems
=E2=80=A2=092-3 years experience as a project manager or experience in Infe=
ction Control, IT, or Environmental Systems in a healthcare environment

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: =20
Project Manager must have or must achieve:
=E2=80=A2=09Healthcare Environmental Manager (HEM) certification
=E2=80=A2=09Knowledge of HIPAA compliance guidelines
=E2=80=A2=09Knowledge of federal, state, and county regulations/standards=
