=EF=BF=BD=09Technical and Business Analysis of proposed software enhancemen=
ts
=EF=BF=BD=09Providing Customer Support as needed
=EF=BF=BD=09Provide hands-on implementation of system as required


On the strategic side the Project Manager will be responsible for:

=EF=BF=BD=09Providing technical input and recommendations for any strategic=
 software enhancements that may be proposed
=EF=BF=BD=09Determine potential ROI for technology investments
=EF=BF=BD=09Provide support to the Sales support as needed, including inter=
facing with key clients=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Assist Company Management with long-term strategy and planning =
as requested
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to hire, train, and develop technical staff as necessar=
y

Key skills requirements for this position include:

=EF=BF=BD=09At least 15 years experience in Information Technology, includi=
ng a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated Project Management success
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong customer-facing communication skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to manage outside vendor partners
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong planning skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Problem-solving skills and solution orientation
=EF=BF=BD=09Entrepreneurial results-oriented attitude
=EF=BF=BD=09Familiar with web technologies; ability to understand new techn=
ologies for the future
