alue type information to corporate management and client

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

=EF=BF=BD         Manages information technology services and supporting op=
erations that may include many projects or tasks

=EF=BF=BD         Organizes resources to support many concurrent activities=
 and manages execution of multiple concurrent activities

=EF=BF=BD         Assigns, schedules and reviews work of subordinate manage=
rs, including subcontractors

=EF=BF=BD         Conducts oral and written communications with all levels =
of corporate management and communicates with all levels of client manageme=
nt personnel

=EF=BF=BD         Able to work on a peer level with a Systems Engineering D=
irector to ensure proper resource allocation and staffing requirements

Requirements_Qualif: Qualifications:

=EF=BF=BD         Minimum eight (8) to ten (10) years experience

=EF=BF=BD         Strong written and verbal communication skills

=EF=BF=BD         Strong leadership skills to guide clients and mentor team=
 members

=EF=BF=BD         Must be detail oriented

=EF=BF=BD         Government security clearance desirable but not mandatory=
.  Should be no known impediment to obtaining a clearance, should one becom=
e necessary.

Education and/or Training:

=EF=BF=BD         Minimum five years experience

=EF=BF=BD         Professional Project Management designation desirable
