Requirements_Qualif: The ideal candidate possesses the following skills and 
experience:
- The ability to work independently while also effectively coordinating work 
with other team leaders.
- Strong analytical and concept design skills to develop the design and 
engineering of mechanical products.
- Expertise operating the latest releases of ProE and/or Solid Works 3D design 
software
- Highly skilled in designing consumer/industrial products involving molded 
plastic components
- Excellent interpersonal and strategic planning skills, developing and 
maitaining strong customer relationships
- Adaptability to ever changing project requirements and schedules
- Ability and passion to positively impact company sales and profitability

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of related experience are 
required.
