Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage business process improvement initiatives, both small and =
large in scope.  Responsible for establishing projects; partnering with cro=
ss-functional stakeholders; coordinating internal and external analysts, pr=
ogrammers, and IT staff; managing execution; and ensuring quality, timely d=
elivery.

Program Management: Define and document as-is processes and to-be improveme=
nts for business application and IT infrastructure. Develop business requir=
ements and ensure development of functional requirements and integration. I=
nvolve and manage external consultants for business reengineering, business=
 intelligence, and programming efforts.  Analyze financial impacts, ensurin=
g development and maintenance of business cases. =20

Project Management: Determine project approach, phasing, scope, and work pl=
ans.  Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, balancing and adjusting scope,=
 schedule, quality, and risks. Review estimates and estimating assumptions =
for project schedule, effort, and cost using models and past experience. Me=
asure, monitor, and report progress on an ongoing basis, providing consiste=
nt, clear communication to senior management. =20

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key, cross-functional stakeholder=
s in sales, marketing, customer support, and accounting. Ensure that all re=
quirements, project plans, and changes are effectively communicated to stak=
eholders and manage stakeholders=EF=BF=BD expectations.
