Production Supervisor -
    A Northern KY manufacturer of  automotive parts is seeking a Production 
Supervisor with 2-5 years experience.  

    Compensation ranges between $45-55,000 depending upon experience.

    The position supervises 5 team leaders and 90+ operators on first and 
second shifts, providing supervision, guidance and support to insure that all 
teams are operating efficiently and meeting production targets.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:

    · Enforce/improve standards of safety and ergonomics, quality, 
productivity, and housekeeping. All aspects of production are to be driven by 
lean manufacturing principals of predictability, organization, and efficiency 
improvement (through the elimination of waste).

    · Scheduling labor in response to fluctuating orders and set priorities for 
production.

able to work 2nd or 3rd shift positions. These full-time permanent positions 
(10) are in the Covington / Independence area, starting pay is $10.75 per hour.
