Requirements_Qualif: Requirements:
* College broadcasting/telecommunications courses
* Previous TV production experience preferred
* Familiarity with operating studio cameras, knowledge of lighting standards.  
Knowledge of production field equipment preferred
* Ability to stand for long periods, manipulation of moderadely heavy equipment.
* Need to adapt quickly to changing show structure, work varied hours, 
including required overtime hours.
* Must possess valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
