Basic Responsibilities:

=EF=BF=BD=09Plan, direct, and coordinate the production activities required=
 to produce scheduled finished goods.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Oversee the production process, reducing cost wherever possible=
 and making sure the products are produced on time and are of good quality
=EF=BF=BD=09Monitor the production run to make sure that it stays on schedu=
le and correct any problems that may arise
=EF=BF=BD=09Monitor product standards and implement quality control program=
s
=EF=BF=BD=09Work closely with other managers of the company to implement th=
e company=EF=BF=BDs policies and goals
=EF=BF=BD=09Analyze and plan work force utilization, to maximize production=
 efficiency through labor costs=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Confers with management, engineering and other staff regarding =
manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations =
to facilitate production
=EF=BF=BD=09Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related c=
ost to provide information for management decisions
=EF=BF=BD=09Coordinates activities with, procurement and logistics
=EF=BF=BD=09Always look for ways to make the production process more effici=
ent=20

Requirements_Qualif: Key Skills required:

=EF=BF=BD=094 year degree plus 2-4 years relevant experience, or equivalent
=EF=BF=BD=09Good Problem solving skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Good employee relations skills and team oriented
=EF=BF=BD=09Good written and verbal communications
=EF=BF=BD=09Manufacturing experience preferred.
