Motivates team to achieve results.
Administers policies and procedures.
Focus on continuous improvement.
Team focus with facilitation in work team meetings, team communications and 
team motivation.
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Requirements_Qualif: 3 years prior Supervisory experience in a Food or Beverage 
Mnaufacturing facility.
Familiarity with GMP, FDA and sanitation practices.
BS/BA degree desired.
Strong communications and problem solving capabilities.
Dynamic energy and enthusiasm.
