Must be able to coach associates in a Manufacturing environment to efficiently

skills. Must work effectively in a diverse work force and successfully lead 
continuous improvement teams. As a Processing Advisor, will be responsible for 
leading associates in various material handling and batching activities, which 
may include: raw ingredient receiving, sampling and put away, IRL activities, 
pre-weighing, preparing and shipping ingredients, can wash, inventory audits 
and transactions.
Location: Avon Products - Sprindale/Cincinnati OH 
Requirements_Qualif:  - Bachelor's degree in related engineering/science 
curriculum or experience in related processing operation. 

 - Three - five years processing operational experience preferred. 

 - Strong customer service focus. 

 - Ability to foster teamwork and give performance feedback. 

 - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and fluent spoken and 
written English. 

 - Effective organization and time management skills.
