Responsibilities include:  clean and release molds and tools per manufacturing 
plan.  Obtain the appropriate materials per the plan and maintain the 
documentation throughout the process.  Use pneumatic and hand tools, including 
hand grinder, pencil grinder, DA sander, files, and drills.  Use inspection 
equipment and other gages, including dial calipers, thickness gage, 
micrometers, shims, hand held pyrometer, and scales.  Manufacture hardware per 
the plan on a manual and an ASC (programmable) press and maintain the 
documentation throughout the process.  Visual inspection of the hardware per 
the plan.  Scheduled 5-s cleaning and related items (equipment walk-arounds, 
area evaluations, and 5s events).  Minor equipment maintenance (filters, 
checking oil).

Requirements_Qualif: Qualifications include experience in reading and following 
drawings, prints, manufacturing plans and specifications.  Must be able to use 
a wide variety of hand and/or pneumatic tools and measuring devices.  Able to 
work as part of a team or independently, depending on the situation.  Must have 
good attention to detail, be neat and organized, and able to perform multiple 
tasks.  Previous press molding experience is a plus. Please respond no later
