commercial and news playback systems.  Operate DVC and 1/2 tape machines, 
Omeneon and Grass Valley K2 servers for capturing, recording and playback to 
air of commercials, programs and news material.

Setup and operate satellite and ENG type reevie equipment for recording 
programs, commercials, and program material to air with the correct audio and 
video levlss and inserting associated keys.

Responsible for monitoring EAS and other emergency alert systems and taking 
appropriate action as outlined in procedurals manuals.  Responsible for 
maintaining commercial and equipment logs.

Monitor transmitter remote control equipment and take appropriate action as 
needed.

Setup and operate production switcher for News and other local material as 
instructed by a director.  Operate camera controls and maintain proper video 
levels.  Mix on air audio for News and other local material.  Setup and operate 
IFB systems and all other audio equipment.
Perform other duties as directed by the News Production Manager.
Location: Cincinnati
Requirements_Qualif: Education:  College courses in 
broadcasting/telecommunications or equivalent.  Experience required.  College 
degree in related field preferred.

A minimum of two years in TV broadcast.

Ability to take direction and work well with others in a team environment.  
Familiarity with Windows and Mac based operating systems a plus.  Availability 
to work unusual hours, including early morning, late night, overnight, weekend 
schedules, and overtime hours required.
