Job Description:
 
?       Process and enter regular journal entries 
?       Analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts 
?       Prepare monthly standard reporting package   
?       Review potential customers, extend credit if appropriate, and ensure 
timely collection of amounts due 
?       Prepare and distribute customer invoices 
?       Process and pay supplier invoices 
?       Reconcile fixed asset accounts and calculate book and tax depreciation 
?       Reconcile intercompany balances 
?       Manage banking relationships 
?       Prepare appropriate workpapers for year end audit and corporate tax 
returns 
?       Reconcile bank accounts 
?       Compute and process payroll and make appropriate payments for 
deductions and withholdings 
?       Track time per individual job code 
?       Prepare and submit sales & use tax filings 
?       Other duties as assigned

?        Experience with accounting reporting systems
?        Proficiency in Excel and Word
