Position Description:
The Packaging Account Manager will be responsible for new business developm=
ent in labels and flexible packaging to the consumer products industry as w=
ell as the demonstrated ability to continue to grow with existing customers=
 through innovative problem solving and attentive follow-up throughout the =
year.  In addition to new account generation, this manager will be responsi=
ble for account management, account profitability, skill development, and f=
orging profitable partnerships.  This role will involve a great deal of org=
anizational leadership, integrity, and conceptual thinking.  Overall, this =
role is one that affects the organization as a whole with the target of mai=
ntaining a client for life.

Requirements_Qualif: Requirements:
=EF=BF=BD=093+ years increasing profitable sales experience.
=EF=BF=BD=093+ years of new business development experience required, exper=
ience with printing sales preferred.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Excellent organizational and time management skills and the abi=
lity to work with minimal supervision.
=EF=BF=BD=09Intelligent self starter with ability to learn new tasks quickl=
y.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office systems as well as o=
ther systems.
=EF=BF=BD=09Excellent communications skills including proven ability to bui=
ld relationships with internal and external customers.
=EF=BF=BD=09Innovative and resourceful in identifying ways to do the job be=
tter for the good of the company and customer.
=EF=BF=BD=09Demonstrated attitude toward being a team player and a desire t=
o assist with team leadership.
