Individual will provide hardware and software support functions on PC's and 
workstations. 

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support for problem calls; determine cause of problem and work toward 
resolution.
- Provide installation support; Install images on PC's and workstations; 
provide upgrades, relocate equipment and verify functionality.
- Provide maintenance support; run diagnostic tests, repair or replace hardware 
as needed
- Maintain orderly computer room/lab area.

This position requires strong problem solving & communication skills and 
customer interaction skills. 

All candidates MUST be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Requirements_Qualif: Must have 2+ years experience configuring and 
troubleshooting PC's in a professional environment.
