Requirements_Qualif: Knowledge at a level normally acquired through the com=
pletion of a Bachelor=EF=BF=BDs degree in finance, business, economics, acc=
ounting or a related field.  CPA, MBA or other advanced degree/certificatio=
n desirable.  Five or more years of related experience in the financial ser=
vices or audit industry.   Strong knowledge and understanding of operationa=
l controls from a design and an effectiveness perspective.  Solid analytica=
l capabilities related to risk identification and control effectiveness. St=
rong skills in Microsoft Excel, databases and process techniques. Working k=
nowledge of accounting, auditing and information technology concepts and pr=
actices. =20
