A well-established manufacturing facility in Northern Cincinnati is in sear=
ch of a dynamic, positive, take-charge Manager to oversee and lead the oper=
ations of this 30+ person, two-shift facility.

We are looking for someone with a technical knowledge of grinding and machi=
ning with =EF=BF=BDout of the box=EF=BF=BD thinking to bring the organizati=

Location: Hamilton/Fairfield Ohio
Requirements_Qualif: To be considered for this position, you MUST have supe=
rvisory experience preferably in a machine shop with strong mechanical abil=
ities.  College degree preferred but not required.  Working knowledge of co=
mputer applications including a windows-based material requirements plannin=
g system or similar system preferred.  Must show demonstrated skills at mul=
titasking, prioritizing and working as the positive liaison between custome=
r service, clients and the manufacturing floor.
