=09Unit test your code using SDLC best practices.
=09Develop programming specifications.
=09Participate in all phases of system testing.

Requirements_Qualif: The ideal candidates should possess:
=EF=BF=BD=092 or more years direct experience designing and developing with=
 Microsoft web application technologies (including C# .NET and SQL Server).
=EF=BF=BD=094 years of business experience using an OO foundation language =
to implement application solutions.
=EF=BF=BD=09Knowledge of basic Internet technologies:  ASP, HTML, Javascrip=
t and XML.
=EF=BF=BD=09A solid understanding and appreciation for SDLC tools, processe=
s, and methodology.
=EF=BF=BD=09BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Plus Skills:
=EF=BF=BD=09Commerce Server development experience.
=EF=BF=BD=09Sharepoint development experience.
=EF=BF=BD=09Web services development experience.
=EF=BF=BD=09SEO application techniques.
=EF=BF=BD=09Commercial web analytics software implementation experience.
=EF=BF=BD=09Online shopping or advertising application development experien=
ce.
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience with SQL Server 2005.
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience using TFS and writing build deploy scripts using MS =
Build.
=EF=BF=BD=09Familiarity with directory services technology (LDAP).
