Essential Job Functions:

esign appropriate application technology approach (including foundation lay=
ers, code structure, and objects).
=EF=BF=BD=09Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft technologies for =
the .NET application development team.
=EF=BF=BD=09Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to define the applic=
ation portion of company'senterprise IT architecture strategy.
=EF=BF=BD=09Evangelize the use of proper coding techniques and development =
processes within the application development organization.
=EF=BF=BD=09Serve as steward for reusable components and code.

Requirements_Qualif: The ideal candidates should possess:
=EF=BF=BD=095 or more years direct experience with Microsoft web applicatio=
n technologies (including C# .NET).
=EF=BF=BD=09Direct experience with Microsoft Commerce Server.
=EF=BF=BD=095 years of business experience using an OO foundation language =
to implement application solutions.
=EF=BF=BD=09Technical design experience on large-scale Internet application=
s.
=EF=BF=BD=09Familiarity with common, current design patterns for web applic=
ation development.
=EF=BF=BD=09A solid understanding and appreciation for SDLC tools, processe=
s, and methodology.
=EF=BF=BD=09A demonstrated passion for leading edge Internet technologies a=
nd trends (web 2.0, widget coding, web services & RSS, etc).
=EF=BF=BD=09BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Plus Skills:
=EF=BF=BD=09SEO application techniques.
=EF=BF=BD=09.NET Mobility and Multichannel support.
=EF=BF=BD=09Java / J2EE experience.
=EF=BF=BD=09Microsoft BizTalk experience.
