ts and projects and design appropriate application technology approach (inc=
luding foundation layers, code structure, and objects).
=EF=BF=BD=09Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft technologies for =
the .NET application development team.
=EF=BF=BD=09Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to define the applic=
ation portion of enterprise IT architecture strategy.
=EF=BF=BD=09Evangelize the use of proper coding techniques and development =
processes within the application development organization.
=EF=BF=BD=09Serve as steward for reusable components and code.
=EF=BF=BD=09 5 or more years direct experience with Microsoft web applicati=
on technologies (including C# .NET).
=EF=BF=BD=09Direct experience with Microsoft Commerce Server.
=EF=BF=BD=09 5 years of business experience using an OO foundation language=
 to implement application solutions.
=EF=BF=BD=09 Technical design experience on large-scale Internet applicatio=
ns.
=EF=BF=BD=09 Familiarity with common, current design patterns for web appli=
cation development.
=EF=BF=BD=09 A solid understanding and appreciation for SDLC tools, process=
es, and methodology.
=EF=BF=BD=09 A demonstrated passion for leading edge Internet technologies =
and trends (web 2.0, widget coding, web services & RSS, etc).
=EF=BF=BD=09BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
