We are seeking candidates for the Cincinnati office (located near Tri-Count=
y Mall) that can assist us with our Java development, Quality Assurance and=
 Business Analysis needs. *SEE BELOW FOR SPECIFICS ABOUT EACH POSITION.*

JAVA DEVELOPERS:

=EF=BF=BD=092+ years Java experience
=EF=BF=BD=09Systems experience with application servers, message queues and=
 databases.
=EF=BF=BD=09Object Oriented Design (UML, RUP, Patterns, etc.)
=EF=BF=BD=09Java User Interface development (AWT and Swing)
=EF=BF=BD=09JSP Development
=EF=BF=BD=09J2EE development and application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, et=
c.)
=EF=BF=BD    HTML and XML=20
=EF=BF=BD=09JDBC, SQL, and RDBMS in general
=EF=BF=BD    JMS Messaging Middleware (MQ Series)
=EF=BF=BD=09Some travel required, depending on the position

Strong object-oriented and inter-personal skills are required. The ideal ca=
ndidate will have knowledge of object oriented development and internet tec=
hnologies, coupled with a proven ability to apply these to business require=
ments. A specific focus on web applications and STRUTS is desired.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

=EF=BF=BD=09Define workflows and expected outcomes to be used as testing sc=
ripts
=EF=BF=BD=09Conduct tests and document problems that occur in testing
=EF=BF=BD=09Create test data
=EF=BF=BD=09Report on testing progress
=EF=BF=BD=09Review requirements and designs
=EF=BF=BD=09Development experience or exposure to databases and SQL is a pl=
us
=EF=BF=BD=09Prefer individual with experience writing test cases and test p=
lans
=EF=BF=BD=09Requires exceptional language and communication skills and exce=
llent listening and problem solving skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio=
 & Project)

For this position candidates should have an attention to detail and the des=
ire to learn. The ability to understand the big picture (i.e. how a sales t=
ransaction impacts financials and reports) is critical. Work experience in =
the food service or retail industries is a plus.

BUSINESS ANALYST:

=EF=BF=BD=093+ years retail experience with exposure to Point of Sale or re=
lated retail/hospitality software applications
=EF=BF=BD=09Comfortable talking with retailers and understanding their issu=
es and how to address them
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to take a discussion and convert it into a requirements=
 document =EF=BF=BD and communicate that need to others
=EF=BF=BD=09Understanding of computers and how applications need to work in=
 a retail/restaurant setting
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Proje=
ct) and can use them effectively to get your message across
=EF=BF=BD=09Exceptional communication skills =EF=BF=BD excellent listening =
and problem solving skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Desire and ability to travel around 50% of the time (with peaks=
 and valleys)

The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail or food service/rest=
aurant industries as this position plays a leading role in identifying busi=
ness and technical requirements for our customers. The ability to document =
gaps between the base product and the customer=EF=BF=BDs needs is crucial. =
This position is responsible for creating functional specifications and doc=
umenting the system configuration and must have the ability to perform syst=
em configuration of applications that are being deployed, however, the righ=
t person does not have to be an IT expert.
