Comments: We are significantly different from everyone else in the lending 
industry.  The best jobs with us are 100% commission, but we will consider 
structuring a base salary with commissions.  

However, the best candidate for us is one who is not intimidated by a 
production oriented reward system.

We offer a very casual work environment with a lot of personal freedom.  We 
wish to hire only experienced loan officers because we require basic knowledge 
on originating loans.
