        Review related systems (Enterprise Sales Planning, Budgeter, 
Advertising Systems, Enterprise Data Warehouse) to understand existing 
environment and possible interfaces.
        Organize, schedule, and conduct sessions with key users to 
review requirements and desired features and achieve consensus on common 
functionality.
        Document current and future business processes.
        Develop conceptual system design, review with users and get 
signoff.
        Work with IS&S application and infrastructure teams to confirm 
system design and develop estimates and schedules.
        Develop staffing plan.
        Initiate request for Capital Appropriation for project.
        Depending on schedule and staffing plan, move forward as 
Project Manager for the development of the system.

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Requirements_Qualif:    Experience in overall project management, 
requirements gathering, and conceptual systems design is required.
        Extensive business knowledge, particularly in retail and sales 
planning.
        Strong analytical skills.
        Highly motivated and able to work independently.
        Excellent oral communications, listening, and interpersonal 
skills.
        Very good written communications skills. Experience with 
business process modeling is a plus.
        Ability to develop project budgets and project plans.
        Understanding of web design and development concepts
