Core Responsibilities:

=EF=BF=BD=09Design and develop processes and methods for major engineering =
projects to ensure that products and services provided meet all contractual=
, program, design and quality requirements.
=EF=BF=BD=09Analyze, organize and define production methods and processes r=
equired to manufacture products of involved and complex design, utilizing e=
stablished standards and acceptable variations.
=EF=BF=BD=09Prepares method instructions (Operation Sheets) to include setu=
p procedure, tool lists, operation sequence, machine speeds and feeds time =
standards, process routings and other pertinent data to ensure that parts m=
eet design intent and customer requirements.  Updates documents as necessar=
y.
=EF=BF=BD=09Participates in the review of the design, manufacturing and tes=
t documentation to ensure that applicable contract, program, design and qua=
lity requirements are met.
=EF=BF=BD=09Assists in the design, engineering analysis, computer programmi=
ng, and interpretation of customer requirements and specifications.
=EF=BF=BD=09Works from part and product drawings, manufacturing schedules e=
tc.
=EF=BF=BD=09Disposition of discrepant material to ensure product quality an=
d adherence to program requirements.
=EF=BF=BD=09Provides technical and advisory support to the production area =
to ensure development of products in the manner that produces a quality pro=
cess
=EF=BF=BD=09Provides interface and support to customer product concerns to =
facilitate responsiveness to customers.

Requirements_Qualif:=20
=EF=BF=BD=09BS Degree in Engineering and with a proven track record of thre=
e to five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment prefer=
ably in aerospace.
=EF=BF=BD=09Demonstrated ability to maintain and sustain technical support =
for the manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
=EF=BF=BD=09Proven understanding of product and tool design, manufacturing =
process, strength and metal working behavior of material, document release =
system, paper flow through the factory, customer/vendor interaction, statis=
tical process control, contracts, design, economics, productivity, and budg=
eting.
=EF=BF=BD=09Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to =
effectively communicate and develop work instructions, solutions to problem=
s and reports for all levels of employees, supplier and customers.
=EF=BF=BD=09High energy level required.
=EF=BF=BD=09Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Kaizen and Six Sigma helpful.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access,=
 PowerPoint.
