and 8-K reports.  Review transactions to ensure compliance with debt covenants. 
 Responsible for quarterly financial statements required by the debt 
agreements.  Transaction structuring, analysis, and accounting consultation 
related to acquisitions, divestitures, and new public market and bank 
financings.  Research and resolve accounting issues.  Coordinate with external 
auditors.


Location: Cincinnati, OH
Requirements_Qualif: CPA Mandatory.  Corporate accounting/financial reporting 
experience.  Public accounting experience (Big 4) strongly preferred.  6+ years 
experience, 2+ years managerial experience.  BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA 
desirable
