Agency on Aging for Planning and Service Area 1 serving Butler, Clermont,

Position Description:
The Manager of Procurement and Contract Compliance will be responsible for
developing and implementing procurement and contract compliance strategies that
are consistent with COA�s mission, vision and core values. This position will
also facilitate and support procurement and contract compliance strategies that
ensure the financial health, viability and integrity of COA. The primary
function of the position is to oversee the functional operation of COA�s
contracting services; and is also responsible for developing agency contracting
services including contract procurement, monitoring and auditing procedures for
the 5 counties.
Requirements:
� 5+ years strategic planning with implementation experience.
� 5+ years of direct experience with government competitive bidding.
� 5+ years of supervisory experience in contract administration in a
non-profit or government organization.
� Strong management skills that demonstrate an ability to manage at all
levels in the organization.
� Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to
work with minimal supervision.
� Intelligent self starter with the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
� Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
� Excellent communications skills including the proven ability to build
relationships with internal and external customers, providers and vendors.
� Innovative and resourceful in identifying ways to drive business
strategies and objectives to ensure the agencies compliance with all
contractual agreements and relationships.
� Demonstrated ability to be a team player and manage towards results.
� Bachelor�s degree (Master�s preferred) in Business or Public
Administration with an emphasis on contract management.

The salary range for this position is $63, 200-$102,700 annually based on
experience and qualifications.
