=EF=BF=BD=09Represent Insight at local events with MDU Property owners and =
management groups; =20
=EF=BF=BD=09Communicate information concerning the MDU  Properties to ensur=
e the data base is current at all times;
=EF=BF=BD=09Report technical problems to the field fulfillment team to ensu=
re service delivery is without challenges=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Ensure all property incentives are calculated and paid correctl=
y and in a timely manner, as contractually obligated;  =20
=EF=BF=BD=09Track property promotions to measure the success of the efforts=

=BF=BDs
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to negotiate constracts.
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to develop analysis to determine payback on proposed pr=
operty deals.
=EF=BF=BD=09Coordinate property events and communications to maximize sales=
 opportunities. =20
=EF=BF=BD=09Represent Insight at local vents with MDU Property owners and m=
anagement groups; =20
=EF=BF=BD=09Communicate information concerning the MDU  Properties to ensur=
e the data base is current at all times;
