Candidates will be providing Tier one support troubleshooting and configuri=
ng software and hardware issues via the phone.  Help is needed for a 4-6 we=
ek period due to an increase in call volume during the month of September. =
 Candidates will work with an online school dealing with outbound calls, op=
ening, closing and escalating tickets.  Candidates must have at least 6 mon=
ths experience on a helpdesk and very strong customer service skills.  They=
 will be working with a diverse student base and must be able to adapt to d=
ifferent situations.  They must have some kind of technical background.  An=
 associates or bachelor=EF=BF=BDs degree in MIS, CIS, or computer science w=
ould be ideal.  A+ certification is a plus for this position. =20
