ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

iatives =EF=BF=BD Value Stream Mapping, Waste Elimination, 5S Workplace Org=
anization, Visual Factory, Kaizen Events, Kanban Material Replenishment, La=
beling, Preventive Maintenance, SMED, etc.

=EF=BF=BD=09Project Management =EF=BF=BD organizes and controls project ele=
ments; monitors project progress; coordinates activities; resolves problems=
.

=EF=BF=BD=09Supervises personnel performing component presentation assembly=
.

=EF=BF=BD=09Provides employee training, mentoring and coaching in Lean Manu=
facturing Process.

=EF=BF=BD=09Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing=
 waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorgan=
zing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment and purchase of equi=
pment.

=EF=BF=BD=09Studies material handling methods and suggests or implements ch=
anges that reduce physical effort, increase safety and reduces handling cos=
ts.

=EF=BF=BD=09Takes on job assignments as needed (i.e. back up for a Manufact=
uring Manager position vacancy such as a vacation replacement.)

=EF=BF=BD=09Provides support for packaging, part presentation, material sto=
res and supplier kanban.

Requirements_Qualif: =EF=BF=BD=09Bachelors degree from a 4 year college or =
university in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.

=EF=BF=BD=09Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent co=
mbination of education and experience in start up and implementation of Lea=
n Manufacturing programs
