Major Duties and Responsibilities:
�       Works independently in the analysis, design  and implementation of 
systems and procedures for Internet and Intranet web sites and Web applications
�       Programming of web-based applications using ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML, SQL, 
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX and other up-to-date techniques
�       Define internal and external specifications for web sites
�       Provide technical expertise and guidance to other programmers
�       Uphold and drive common web design standards such as page size, screen 
resolution,  color schemes, and information architecture design that is 
intuitive
�       Develop reusable objects for use by other programmers on future web 
site projects
�       Provide creative up-to-date designs for all aspects including images, 
logos, themes and layouts for web sites and web-based applications
�       Evaluates and analyzes website design and coding to increase 
efficiency, and reduce hosting costs.  Solves and adapts problems presented so 
they fit within the operating limitations of the equipment.  
�       Communicate with the Marketing team to ensure they are aware of new 
capabilities that will benefit current and future customers
�       Create and/or review assigned deliverable specifications
�       Maintains contact with the system after it has been established, 
working to assure the accuracy and completeness of the overall application

Requirements_Qualif: Experience and Education:
�       At least five years of web site design experience in a business 
environment
�       Bachelors degree in Web Development or Software Applications & 
Programming, or equivalent job experience
�       Coding style must be clean and direct
�       Knowledge of development lifecycle including design and testing
�       Excellent written and verbal communications
�       Experience with SQL Database and stored procedures preferred
�       Proficiency in ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS,  AJAX 
and Flash required
�       Web site design experience preferred
�       Experience with PHP, JAVA, Ruby on Rails, LINQ, C#, C++, Adobe 
Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
