Requirements_Qualif: Previous Technical Support/Helpdesk experience required. 
Strong communication and customer management skills required.  Ability to 
effectively communicate ideas through oral and written communications.  
Excellent interpersonal  skills and ability to work as an effective team 
member.  Windows O/S level proficiency a necessity.

Technical degrees and certifications, working knowledge of XML, SQL and Query 
would be beneficial skills to possess.
