J2EE expertise (at least 2-3 years in the design/development of complex, 
n-tier, Java based applications) 
EAI (expertise with some of: Websphere Business Integration, MQ Series, JCA, 
JMS or equivalent (e.g., Weblogic?s integration component, or Tibco/Vitria..).  
UML (especially important for the design position as much of their work will 
involve the various design documents that will be used by the Application 
Development group)
