This position is responsible for the development and implementation of Care=
360 training curricula for customers and employees. It will include the cre=
ation of on-line learning modules for customers and employees, creation of =
training materials for use by Field IT in delivering on-site training to cu=
stomers as well as the creation and delivery of training to employees.=20


Principal Responsibilities:
Product knowledge of all Care360 applications=20
Focused product knowledge of Lab Orders & Results across Quest Diagnostics =
business units.=20
Knowledge of the workflow and usage of the Care360 applications within heal=
thcare facilities.=20
Evaluation of current training processes and customer needs.=20
Design and development of a multi-faceted program that accommodates trainin=
g of new customers and employees, as well as refresher and update training.=
  The focus of this program should be on self-service or on-line training m=
odules.=20
Implementation and ongoing coordination of these programs.=20
Development, implementation, and maintenance of an evaluation system for as=
sessing the success of these programs.=20
Periodic delivery of application training to employees one on one, in a cla=
ssroom setting, or via Webex sessions.=20
Participation in the development and ongoing maintenance of the Field IT in=
staller/trainer certification programs as they relate to the Care360 applic=
ations.=20
Assist in development of end user and support documentation, as needed.=20
Act as a resource to both support and implementation groups.=20
Other duties as assigned.=20
=20

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Thorough understanding of instructional design methodologies.=20
Experience with on-line learning module development tools (e.g. Captivate).=
=20
Able to quickly grasp new technology and applications.=20
Strong technical communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)=
.=20
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with strict time deadline=
s=20
Possess strong organizational skills; must be extremely detail-oriented.=20
Able to convey ideas & concepts to diverse group of individuals (both verba=
l and written).=20
Be creative, act with initiative, and work independently.=20
Ability to travel up to 10%.=20

Requirements_Qualif: Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor=EF=BF=BDs degree in Instructional Design, Technical Communication =
or a related field, or combination of education and experience.=20
