ess management, hardware rack/stack, cabling, power/remote access managemen=
t, shipping and receiving for DC facility in Downtown Cincinnati Ohio, and =
Collocation vendor interaction management.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Management of all Network Engineering including design, adminis=
tration, troubleshooting and capacity planning of network and VOIP systems =
and projects.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Management of all SAN/Storage Engineering including design, adm=
inistration troubleshooting and capacity planning of SAN and storage array =
systems and projects.
=EF=BF=BD=09Management of all Backup and Disaster Recovery systems and proj=
ects
=EF=BF=BD=09Management of all Data Security Engineering including Firewalls=
, IDS, VPN.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

=EF=BF=BD=09Thorough understanding of Data Center Operations (Facility, Phy=
sical Space Management, Cabling, Remote Access)
=EF=BF=BD=09Thorough understanding of Network Hardware and technologies.
=EF=BF=BD=09Thorough understanding of  Storage Area Networks and Arrays
=EF=BF=BD=09Thorough understanding of  Data Security
=EF=BF=BD=09Thorough understanding of Backup Management, Disaster Recovery =
and Business Continuance strategies.
=EF=BF=BD=09Understanding of ITIL Practices and ability to work within a re=
gimented Change process
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong project planning and documentation skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong customer service focus
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to have access to and maintain confidential information
=EF=BF=BD=09Good written and oral communication skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to work both as a member of a group and as an individua=
l contributor

Minimum Qualifications:

=EF=BF=BD=09Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited colleg=
e or university; or equivalent education/experience in the computer science=
 field
=EF=BF=BD=09Seven (7) to Ten (10) years experience in numerous Infrastructu=
re Technologies
=EF=BF=BD=09Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience
=EF=BF=BD=09CCNA/CCNP/MCSE, CISSP, Legato experience a plus
