Upgrade software and hardware.

Create schedules and manage rotation of backup tapes.
Responsible for implementing projects independently or as assigned by the 
Manager of IS.
Provides technical support for Michelman’s ERP system.
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Blue Ash)
Requirements_Qualif: Knowledge of and experience with hardware, software and 
networks.
Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a very positive attitude.
Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and have a high level of initiative.
Ability to prioritize work in a multi-task situation.
A+ certification is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Exchange and TCP/IP is preferred.
College degree or equivalent applicable experience required.
