Responsible for reporting Corporate Brand Product data and providing technical 
support to a large Grocery Retailer, Corporate Office and Field Staff. 
Positively and measurably impact the sales/margins of Corporate Brand Products 
through the support of PL Marketing Corporate Office and Field Staff. 

Essential Job Functions:
* Prepare, process, and distribute scheduled reports on a routine basis using a 
variety of proprietary software.
* Troubleshoot data integrity, user, and system problems and work with the user 
to resolve.
* To support the information needs of the Corporate Office, Field Staff and 
large Grocery Retailer.
* Support Manager and Assistant Manager in providing technical support and 
training to Corporate Office and Field Staff.
* Maintain and provide support for large office equipment - fax machine, 
postage meter, copiers, and printers.
* Be involved with, and help Corporate Office and Field Staff to optimize the 
usage of systems.
* Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with daily typing, filing, and 
related duties required of the Technology Team.
* Complete other work as assigned by Manager.
* Contribute to the overall morale, productivity, and efficiency of the PL 
Marketing Company.
* Some ability to travel.
* Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or 
without reasonable accommodation.
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (downtown)
Requirements_Qualif: Minimum Position Qualifications: 
* 4 year degree preferred or any appropriate combination of education and 
experience.
* Solid skills and experience with Windows XP and Microsoft Office with a major 
focus on Excel.
* Knowledge of internet, email and web based applications.
* General knowledge of Corporate Office environment.
* Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Ability to adapt to advancing technology and computer solutions.
* Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and 
inspire users and team.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an audience from senior 
level executives, to business users.
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
* Retail experience, HTML and Web development experience is a plus.
