JobDescript: We are seeking dynamic candidates to staff our Cincinnati based 
retail stores. Candidates must have prior management experience in both store 
responsibilities, hiring, firing, and performance management. This is a 
salaried position and managers are expected to work 40 or more hours in a week, 
with weekend and holiday hours as well. Stores are typically open from 6AM to 
11PM and managers would work a shift within those times. The paid Management In 
Training program lasts approxiately 1 year depending on prior experience. Our 
company is in an aggressive growth pattern and looking for a team that can take 
us to the next level. Your energy, enthusiasm and customer service focus is 
critical to our success.

Requirements_Qualif: 2-5 years prior Management experience in a retail or food 
service environment. College degree preferred. Customer service focus, ability 
to multi-task, ability to ceratively improve sales and service levels, 
comfortable with all employee levels. Must have reliable attendance record and 
transportation.
