CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works on most phases of applications systems analysis and programming 
activities. 
Functions in primary leadership and liaison role for the project. 
Individual responsibilities vary by project and/or department and are 
maintained by the supervising manager.

Requirements_Qualif: QUALIFICATIONS:  
The Candidate/incumbent should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in 
Computer Science or relatedfield. An advanced degree is preferred. 
Candidate/incumbent should have a minimum of 5 years 
programming/administration/analysis experience. The Candidate/incumbent must be 
a self
starter willing to take accountability for projects, problems, and issues, 
carrying through to resolution.

Candidate/incumbent must be attentive to detail, flexible, open to suggestions, 
and possess good
communication skills. Candidate/incumbent must be able to interact with staff 
from multiple
departments. Candidate/incumbent must be able to work concurrently on several 
projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to 
project.
