The Customer Loyalty Marketing Systems team is responsible for the developm=
ent, implementation and support of the electronic marketing infrastructure =
for the Kroger Plus marketing program enterprise wide. We are looking for a=
n individual with a wide range of skills to assist us with the installation=
and on-going support of the latest release of MarketEXPERT and TargetEXPER=
T software. Interested candidates can expect to be involved in all areas re=
lated to Customer Loyalty marketing concepts and programs, including system=
s like point-of-sale, merchandising, pricing, data warehousing, and high vo=
lume, real time online transaction processing. You will be dealing with sys=
tems and marketing programs that interface directly with the customers in o=
ur stores. Future project assignments will vary but may include working wit=
h Kroger Personal Finance, dunnhumby, Upromise, & Supermarket and Fuel rewa=
rds. Technical opportunities may include Internet and Intranet applications=
, Change Control, Tivoli Work Scheduler, and process development to support=
various marketing initiatives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
=EF=BF=BD=09Provide project planning, leadership, technical expertise, deve=
lopment and application support to our team as well as our corporate and di=
visional Customer Loyalty departments.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Work as a liaison between the Customer Loyalty, POS, POS Host a=
nd Infrastructure Management teams in the development and implementation of=
various marketing programs.
=EF=BF=BD=09Work with various vendors on planning and implementing approved=
marketing programs and technical support requirements requiring secure dat=
a exchange and access.
REQUIREMENTS:=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Project leadership skills and experience, including proficient =
testing skills and techniques are required. Attention to detail is essenti=
al.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong analysis and communication skills, plus a strong commitm=
ent to customer service.
=EF=BF=BD=09The ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience with two or more of the following; SQL, VB, C, C++, =
perl scripts, korn shell scripts, Windows 2003, and AIX/HACMP would be a pl=
us.
=EF=BF=BD=09Familiarity with Point of Sale & Point of Sale Host as well as =
operational, merchandising and marketing experience at the division level w=
ould be a plus, but is not required.
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience with Loyalty Marketing concepts and technology would=
