/ network concepts and principles to build robust efficient networks, which=
 meet company business needs, insure reliability, and maximize network upti=
me. Works with other network personnel in a team-oriented environment. Inst=
alls, configures, and troubleshoots hardware / software, which may include =
network communication equipment, drivers, device drivers, specialized appli=
cations (terminal emulation), and office automation software. Makes extensi=
ve use of personal computer and networking concepts which include, but are =

Configure, install, and maintain the company=EF=BF=BDs e-mail systems hardw=
are and software  Communicate with management on network issues / service r=

Implement (install and configure) management approved network hardware and =
software=20
Maintain network strategic plans and recovery plans=20
Maintain wide area network fault tolerance, backups, and redundancy=20
Maintain network stability and insure efficiency
Communicate with management and other network / IT personnel on technical s=
upport issues=20
Provide hardware / software systems support for end users=20
Provide telecommunication support to all remote locations and troubleshoot =
/ document issues =20
Support all hardware and software related to voice and data (including mobi=
le phone, PDA, Smartphone)
Provide Helpdesk support pursuant to a global business including support fo=
r satellite offices
Provide application support for customized applications and SAP
Complete service requests efficiently and in a timely manner with high atte=
ntion to detail=20
Maintain all firewalls, IDS, and monitoring tools
Maintain accurate documentation detailing the latest information concerning=
 network/server configuration=20
Demonstrate a high level of customer service
