Assist in counseling employees with work-related issues and work with managers 
implementing progresssive disciplinary procedures
Tracking of all employees PTO
Processing all FMLA and other employee leaves
EEO reporting
Employee law and regulations, including leave of absence programs
Resident expert on policies, procedures and new programs implementation
Maintenance of all personnel files
Work with management regarding performance appraisals

Location: Cincinnati
Requirements_Qualif: Must have prior payroll experience (ADP and PeopleSoft 
Preferred)
Must be proficient with MS Office Products (Word/Excel)
Must be extremely trustworthy with confidential information
Will be hands-on with employees and must be able to communicate effectively at 
all levels
