construction, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural, fire

offenses, testify in court. Indoor and outdoor physical activity required. Able 
to lift 50 lbs. Inspect, investigate, respond to complaints and follow up on 
housing issues to ensure housing code enforcement compliance.  Issue notices of 
violations, and orders of correction concering housing code violations. Perform 
administrative functions using computer. Prepare and present cases for action 
in court. 

Location: Middletown, OH
Requirements_Qualif: Diploma or G.E.D. Certifcation as Building Offical and 
Code Administrator Property Maintenance or Housing Inspector. Communication 
skills.
