uously improving safety program with a target of zero lost time accidents
=EF=BF=BD=09Technical =EF=BF=BD keen understanding of all unit operations a=
nd product chemistry.  Able to communicate technical issues with customer.
=EF=BF=BD=09Engineering =EF=BF=BD oversees all activities related to capita=
l improvement, plant equipment and facilities management.
=EF=BF=BD=09Manufacturing =EF=BF=BD oversees on going improvement process t=
o drive efficiency, improve output and reduce scrap.
=EF=BF=BD=09Maintenance =EF=BF=BD leads and ensures a strong Maintenance te=
am.  Develops and implements CMMS, TPM and/or similar programs to move the =
Maintenance function from primarily reactive to primarily proactive, ensuri=
ng high equipment reliability.
=EF=BF=BD=09Quality Assurance =EF=BF=BD coordinates product release and def=
ect root cause and corrective action activities with QA director and other =
resources as necessary.
=EF=BF=BD=09Training =EF=BF=BD Ensures required training documents are in p=
lace and all procedures are understood and followed by all employees every =
day.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Materials =EF=BF=BD coordinates with unit planner/scheduler to =
ensure materials are available for production 3 days in advance and schedul=
e is clearly developed, communicated and executed.   Implements procedures =
to reduce inventory loss and ensure inventory accuracy. =20
=EF=BF=BD=09Financial =EF=BF=BD controls plant costs to keep spending in li=
ne with overhead recovery.  Ensures programs in place to reduce labor costs=
.  Develops programs to explain and correct losses and variances.

(4) Accepts other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements_Qualif: Key Skills Required (all experiences 3+ years):

(1)=09Chemical Blending/Filling/Packing experience including heat transfer,=
 fluid transfer and PLC driven automation.
(2)=09History of creating highly functional Maintenance systems and teams i=
ncluding CMMS and TPM.
(3)=09Experience developing and installing capital projects.
(4)=09Strategic thinking and customer orientation: Proven ability to commun=
icate effectively with all levels of CP and customer organizations.
(5)=09Experience with cGMP and highly structured manufacturing.
(6)=09Organizational ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
(7)=09Solutions driven analytical thinking and critical reasoning.
(8)=09Assertiveness and competitive attitude while building and managing te=
ams.
(9)=09Consistency in action.
(10)=09Personal accountability for goals, outcomes and deadlines.
(11)=09Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement.
(12)=09Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree and MBA preferred.
