OpenOffice applications suite. Work to serve OpenOffice (open source platform
similar to Microsoft Office) applications users; Help Desk, deskside. The
incumbent will provide hardware and software support by providing timely
troubleshooting & resolution to technical problems or user/customer tool
re-orientation. Manage a Help Desk ticket system to insure customer needs are
prioritized and resolved. The client uses Lotus Notes email. May travel to
other divisions in Lexington and /or Louisville (average once/month if needed).

Requirements_Qualif: Customer-focused personality.
A-1 attitude
Good communications skills.
Expert at Microsoft Windows OS and OpenOffice tools
Good to strong hardware and OpenOffice troubleshooting experience
Lotus Email is a nice to have.
